Is HackFraud free?
Yes. You can run a limited number of free checks every day without an account.
How accurate is it?
Every message goes through many checks (links, domain age, reputation, wording and known scams), and we show the evidence and our confidence. If in doubt, confirm with the real company.
What happens to what I submit?
It is analysed by AI providers, custom-made models and public lookups, and stored with your IP, country and any file for up to 180 days for abuse prevention and service improvement. See the privacy policy.
Which languages and files are supported?
15 languages: English, Greek, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Turkish, Russian, Arabic, Hindi, Chinese and Japanese (it replies in your language). You can upload images, PDFs, text and .eml email files up to 25 MB.
I already clicked or replied. What now?
Run the check, then use the follow-up chat. In short: change your passwords, turn on 2FA, call your bank if you shared card or bank details, and report it to the authorities.
