By using HackFraud you agree to these terms.

• The service gives automated guidance, not a guarantee. A "safe" result does not prove a message is genuine; a "scam" result may be mistaken. You are responsible for your own decisions.
• Do not submit unlawful content or use the service to attack or overload it, to scrape it automatically, to create or improve scam or phishing messages, to probe or evade its detection, or as a general-purpose AI assistant (such requests are refused and abusive use may be blocked). Free use is limited to 10 checks per day per user.
• Do not submit other people's sensitive data you are not entitled to share.
• The service is provided "as is" without warranties; to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses resulting from its use.
• We may change or stop the service at any time. See the Privacy page for how data is handled.
