Is a message from ACS Courier a scam?

The name ACS Courier is often used by scammers because so many people trust it. A message that mentions ACS Courier is neither automatically genuine nor automatically fake: it needs to be checked.

Warning signs

• It asks for a fee for redelivery or customs.
• It links to a site that is not the courier's own.
• The link or sender does not match the official address acscourier.net.
• It creates urgency or fear.
• You were not expecting it, or it lacks details only the real organisation would know.

How to verify

• Do not tap the link. Type acscourier.net into your browser or open the official app.
• Compare the message with the notifications inside your account.
• If you need to speak to someone, use the phone number on the official website, not the one in the message.
• Paste the message into HackFraud to check it.
